Our standard fee for placing professionals is 25% of the candidate’s first-year guaranteed compensation. However, that’s negotiable depending on the situation. Engaged services require a nominal upfront fee that’s deducted from your final fee when we place a candidate. Contingent services are paid upon placement.
Yes. We believe in the quality of our candidates. If a candidate doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 90 days after being placed, we’ll conduct a new search for no charge.
