Recruiter – Territory Manager

Electrical Search Group (ESG) is a national recruiting firm exclusively dedicated to the Electrical Construction industry. Our clients specialize in large commercial and industrial construction projects and engage us to bring them industry talent to support their hiring needs. We have been in business for 8 years and have experienced tremendous growth each and every year. To continue our growth plans and to support the continued demand of our clients, we are looking to expand our team by adding (2) Recruiters / Territory Managers to keep pace.
We are looking for full cycle recruiters. Meaning you are trained and expected to manage all phases of the recruiting process. Everything from business development, running the search process, recruiting candidates, making verbal presentations, setting up interviews and ultimately handling the negotiations to make the placement. We utilize our industry knowledge, relationships, referrals, social media and cold calling for new contacts to identify potential candidates to introduce to our clients.
Our philosophy is much different than most “headhunting” firms. We actually despise this term as it conveys a reckless approach that lacks care and integrity. We believe in bringing value, making relationships and personally & professionally helping people.
We offer a training program underneath a Regional Manager before taking over a territory and managing your own desk of business. We offer a strong compensation package which includes salary, aggressive commission plan, full benefit offerings and a bonus program with realistic quotas.

- Previous recruiting, inside sales, phone sales or related sales experience
