No. We provide all our services to you – including consulting – at no charge.

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes. We believe in the quality of our candidates. If a candidate doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 90 days after being placed, we’ll conduct a new search for no charge.

What is your fee arrangement?

Our standard fee for placing professionals is 25% of the candidate’s first-year guaranteed compensation. However, that’s negotiable depending on the situation. Engaged services require a nominal upfront fee that’s deducted from your final fee when we place a candidate. Contingent services are paid upon placement.

I’ve never worked with a recruiting firm. What can I expect?

We offer a consultative approach. We’ll interview you about your needs so we can present you with ideal candidates, as well as deliver customized advice about your situation. Unlike other search firms, we don’t take shortcuts.

Will you protect my confidentiality?

Yes. Your privacy is safeguarded throughout the entire search process – beginning with our initial conversation.

How often will you communicate with me about my search?

We’ll give you regular, frequent updates about our progress.

Do you offer different types of searches?

Yes. Since job searches have various criteria or timeframes, we offer two flexible search plans: engaged and contingent.
